Agilent Technologies Announces New CEO Appointment
Agilent Technologies, Inc. announced on May 1, 2024, the retirement of Michael McMullen as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and his departure from the Board of Directors. Padraig McDonnell was appointed as the new CEO and a member of the Board. The compensation review for Mr. McDonnell is scheduled for May 21, 2024.
