completed the sale of $600 million in 4.200% Senior Notes due 2027 and $600 million in 4.750% Senior Notes due 2034 through an underwritten public offering. The notes are unsecured and will rank equally with the Company's other senior unsecured indebtedness. The issuance is pursuant to the Indenture dated March 12, 2021, as supplemented by the Second and Third Supplemental Indentures dated September 9, 2024.
