Agilent Appoints Adam S. Elinoff as New Chief Financial Officer

Agilent Technologies, Inc. announced on October 23, 2025, the appointment of Adam S. Elinoff as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective November 17, 2025. Mr. Elinoff, previously with Amgen Inc., brings over two decades of experience in finance, strategy, and business transformation. His compensation package includes a base salary of $700,000, eligibility for an annual bonus up to 80% of his base salary, restricted stock units (RSUs) and performance-based RSUs, a one-time cash bonus of $800,000, and a one-time sign-on grant of RSUs and performance-based RSUs. Rodney Gonsalves, the interim CFO, will continue in his role as Vice President, Corporate Controller, and Principal Accounting Officer.
