announced that Bret DiMarco, Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary, will resign from his roles upon the earlier of the start date of a new Chief Legal Officer or September 30, 2026. He will continue as a Special Advisor until December 1, 2026, and will receive a base salary, health and welfare benefits, and equity vesting, but no additional equity grants or annual bonus. After his service as Special Advisor, he will receive a lump sum payment.
