On August 26, 2024, Apple Inc. announced that its Chief Financial Officer, Luca Maestri, will transition from his role on January 1, 2025. Kevan Parekh, currently Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis, will succeed him as CFO. Maestri will continue to lead Corporate Services teams, reporting to CEO Tim Cook.
