AbbVie Elects CEO as New Chairman
AbbVie Inc. announced on February 13, 2025, that its Board of Directors elected CEO Robert A. Michael as the new Chairman, effective July 1, 2025. Richard A. Gonzalez, the current Chairman, will retire on the same date. Additionally, Glenn F. Tilton will retire from the board. The changes were disclosed in a press release on February 14, 2025.
