On April 5, 2024, Arch Capital Group Ltd. (ACGL) announced the entry into a Master Transaction Agreement with Allianz Global Risks US Insurance Company for the acquisition of its U.S. Middle Market Property & Casualty Insurance and U.S. Entertainment Property and Casualty Insurance Businesses for $450 million.
