Arch Capital Group Ltd. Completes Public Offering of Senior Notes
On June 9, 2026, Arch Capital Group Ltd. completed the public offering of $600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.250% senior notes due 2036 and $1,400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.950% senior notes due 2056. The notes were issued under an indenture dated May 4, 2004, and are senior unsecured obligations of the Issuer. Interest on the notes will be paid semi-annually in arrears, with the 2036 notes maturing on June 15, 2036, and the 2056 notes maturing on June 15, 2056. The notes are subject to certain covenants and events of default.
