Arch Capital Group Announces Early Results of Debt Tender Offers
On June 15, 2026, Arch Capital Group Ltd. announced the early results for cash tender offers by its subsidiaries, Arch Capital Group (U.S.) Inc. and Arch Capital Finance LLC, for their outstanding senior notes. The tender offers, which were initially announced, saw an increased aggregate principal amount of up to $417,851,000.
