On May 14, 2024, Accenture plc, as guarantor, and its subsidiaries, as borrowers, entered into a $5.5 billion senior unsecured revolving credit facility with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent. The facility replaces Accenture's prior $3.0 billion credit facility and is available for general corporate purposes. Borrowings will bear interest based on SOFR or other benchmarks with applicable margins.
