Adobe Appoints New Principal Accounting Officer
On August 5, 2024, Adobe Inc. announced the appointment of Jillian Forusz as the new Principal Accounting Officer, effective August 9, 2024. Ms. Forusz, previously serving as Vice President, Corporate Controller, will succeed Mark Garfield. She will receive an annual base salary of $515,000, a target annual cash bonus opportunity of 60% of base salary, and a grant of 3,630 restricted stock units. Ms. Forusz will also be eligible for standard Company benefit programs.
