Summary
On November 17, 2024, Gregory Bryant notified Analog Devices, Inc. of his decision to resign as Executive Vice President and President of Business Units to explore other opportunities, effective upon the appointment of his replacement by the Company's Board of Directors. Bryant will remain employed through March 31, 2025, to assist in the transition. Following his resignation, on November 19, 2024, the Board appointed Martin Cotter as Senior Vice President, Vertical Business Units, effective December 1, 2024. Cotter currently serves as the Company's President of EMEA and Senior Vice President of Industrial & Multi Markets Business Unit, and has over 35 years of experience with the Company.
