In connection with this appointment, ADM's Compensation and Succession Committee approved a cash stipend of $35,000 per month for Mr. Roig, in addition to his base salary, and a one-time grant of restricted stock units (RSUs) valued at $1,000,000 under the Company's 2020 Incentive Compensation Plan. The RSUs will vest in full on the one-year anniversary of the grant date, subject to Mr. Roig's continued service with the Company.
