Archer-Daniels-Midland Announces Departure of Vikram Luthar

On April 19, 2024, Archer-Daniels-Midland Company (ADM) announced that Vikram Luthar will resign as an executive employee, effective September 30, 2024. As part of the Transition Agreement, Luthar will receive his annual cash performance incentive award for 2023 and shares from his 2021 performance share unit award. He will also be eligible for a prorated 2024 incentive payment and retirement treatment for his equity awards if he remains employed through July 1, 2024. The Agreement is subject to the terms and conditions specified within it.
