ADP Announces New Independent Board Chair and Leadership Transition

(ADP) announced that Thomas J. Lynch has been appointed as the new independent, non-executive Chair of the Board, effective January 31, 2024. Lynch succeeds Carlos A. Rodriguez, who will remain as a non-employee director. In related changes, John P. Jones will transition from Lead Independent Director to a member of the Compensation and Management Development Committee and the Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee. Scott F. Powers will become Chair of the Compensation and Management Development Committee, and Nazzic S. Keene will chair the Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee.
