Autodesk Appoints New Directors in Cooperation Agreement with Starboard Value
Summary
On April 23, 2025, Autodesk, Inc. announced a cooperation agreement with Starboard Value and Opportunity Master Fund Ltd. The agreement includes the appointment of Jeff Epstein and Anna Christine Simons to the Autodesk Board of Directors, effective immediately following the 2025 Annual Meeting. Epstein and Simons will serve as non-voting observers until the Annual Meeting, at which point they will become full voting members.
