Autodesk Enters into New Credit Agreement
On May 8, 2025, Autodesk, Inc. entered into a new Credit Agreement providing for an unsecured revolving loan facility of up to $2 billion. This agreement replaces the existing Credit Agreement, dated September 30, 2021. The new agreement permits the company to increase commitments for revolving loans up to twice per year, subject to conditions. The facility will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes, with a scheduled termination date of May 8, 2030. Interest rates are based on the Base Rate or Term SOFR plus a margin. The agreement also includes financial covenants and events of default.
