Autodesk Announces Amendments to Bylaws and Director Elections
On July 16, 2024, Autodesk, Inc. announced amendments to its Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws, approved by its stockholders at the 2024 Annual Meeting. These amendments permit stockholders holding 25% or more of the voting power of the Company's capital stock to call special meetings. Additionally, the company elected eleven new directors to its Board. All proposals received majority approval from the stockholders.
