Autodesk Amends Credit Agreement and Establishes New Term Loan

On June 15, 2026, Autodesk, Inc. amended its existing Revolving Credit Agreement to increase the credit facility from $1.5 billion to $2 billion and entered into a new Term Loan Credit Agreement with Citibank for an unsecured 364-day term loan of $1.0 billion. The Revolver Amendment provides greater funding certainty for the company's merger transaction with MaintainX Inc. The Term Loan will be used to fund the acquisition and will mature 364 days after the acquisition closing date. The Term Loan will bear interest at a rate per annum equal to either the Base Rate plus a margin or a SOFR rate plus a margin, depending on the company's public debt rating.
