Mr. Hancock will transition to the role of Senior Advisor, effective December 31, 2026. In his new role, he will report to Eric Andersen, President & Chief Executive Officer of AIG, and provide counsel on strategic priorities. This marks the end of a distinguished, 40-year career in the insurance industry for Mr. Hancock.
