Lock-Up Period Termination for Astera Labs IPO Shares
Astera Labs, Inc. announced on April 30, 2024, that the lock-up period for certain shares will terminate early on May 9, 2024, if the company's stock price meets specific conditions. The lock-up period restricts the ability of certain shareholders to sell or transfer their shares. The Early Release Condition is met if the stock price is at least 25% greater than the IPO price for any 5 out of the 10 consecutive trading days ending on, and including, the Initial Earnings Release Date, which is set for May 7, 2024. For other shares, the lock-up restrictions will continue until the end of the lock-up period, which is the earlier of the second trading day following the Initial Earnings Release Date or 180 days after March 19, 2024.
