Ferren as Senior Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer, effective May 20, 2024. Ferren, previously the Chief Financial Officer of Revantage, rejoins Allstate where he previously served in similar roles. John C. Pintozzi, the current controller, will transition to the role of Senior Vice President, Accounting Special Projects. Ferren's compensation includes an annual base salary of $445,000, discretionary cash incentives, and equity awards.
