Applied Materials, Inc. Announces New $2.0 Billion Credit Agreement
Applied Materials, Inc. has entered into a new $2.0 billion revolving credit facility with Bank of America, N.A., as administrative agent. The agreement provides for unsecured borrowings up to $2.0 billion and includes the option to increase the facility up to $3.0 billion under certain conditions. The credit agreement will mature on September 24, 2026, with the option to convert loans to term loans maturing on September 24, 2027. Applied has not made any borrowings under the agreement as of the date of the filing.
