(AMD) completed the sale of its ZT Systems U.S.-headquartered data center infrastructure manufacturing business to Sanmina Corporation. The sale was finalized under the terms of an Equity Purchase Agreement dated May 18, 2025. AMD retains ZT Systems' world-class design and customer enablement teams, while Sanmina becomes a preferred new product introduction manufacturing partner for AMD cloud rack and cluster-scale AI solutions.
