(AMD) entered into a new five-year, $5.0 billion unsecured revolving credit facility, replacing its existing credit agreement. The new agreement provides for general corporate purposes and includes customary fees and interest rate calculations. Additionally, AMD increased the maximum aggregate amount of unsecured commercial paper notes from $3.0 billion to $5.5 billion.
