de R.L. de C.V. and related entities (collectively, 'AT&T Mexico'). The dispute, which involved withheld tower rents since the start of 2025, has been settled. Under the agreement, AT&T Mexico will remit the majority of the withheld tower rents and resume regular monthly payments, with the remainder of the outstanding receivables and future unpaid amounts to be deposited into an irrevocable escrow account. This escrow will be managed by an independent trustee and released according to the final ruling in the Arbitration or by mutual consent.
