Robert D. Hormats to Step Down as Director at American Tower's 2026 Annual Meeting

On March 6, 2026, Robert D. Hormats, a member of the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee of American Tower Corporation's Board of Directors, announced his decision not to stand for re-election at the Company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. This decision was made without any disagreements with the Company. Mr. Hormats will continue to serve on the committee until the Annual Meeting.
