Amazon Appoints Cybersecurity Expert Kevin R. Mandia to Board
On September 8, 2026, Amazon.com, Inc. announced the election of Kevin R. Mandia as a new director. Mr. Mandia, who has served as CEO of Armadin, Inc. and General Partner of Ballistic Ventures, was also appointed to the Audit Committee and Security Committee of the Board. In connection with his election, he was granted a restricted stock unit award for 4,086 shares of common stock, to vest in three equal annual installments beginning on November 15, 2027, assuming continued service. He also entered into an indemnification agreement with the Company.
