entered into an Underwriting Agreement for the issuance and sale of €500 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.950% Notes due 2031 and €500 million aggregate principal amount of its 3.450% Notes due 2037. The offer and sale of the Notes is expected to close on or about February 14, 2025. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the Notes to repay a portion of its outstanding commercial paper obligations and for general corporate purposes.
