As COO, she will oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations and work closely with the leadership team to drive strategic vision and innovation. In connection with her appointment, Ms. Laltrello was granted an employment inducement award of 600,000 time-based restricted stock units, which will vest over a three-year period.
