Aptiv Announces Completion of Cash Tender Offer for Senior Notes

The tender offer was subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions, including the consummation of the separation of its Electrical Distribution Systems business and the receipt of a special dividend from the new company, Versigent. The final results of the tender offer show that Aptiv accepted for purchase various series of notes for aggregate consideration up to $1,371,000,000. Payment for the accepted notes is expected to be made on April 7, 2026.
