Asset Entities Inc. Amends Convertible Preferred Stock Designations

On September 3, 2024, Asset Entities Inc. amended the Certificate of Designation for its Series A Convertible Preferred Stock. The amendments include allowing multiple Conversion Notices to be outstanding simultaneously and modifying the beneficial ownership limitations to prevent exceeding 4.99% ownership of Class B Common Stock.
