Strive, Inc. Announces Merger Agreement with Semler Scientific, Inc.

Strive, Inc. has entered into a Merger Agreement with Semler Scientific, Inc., a Delaware corporation, as previously disclosed on September 22, 2025. Semler Scientific has also borrowed $20.0 million from Coinbase Credit Inc., secured by Bitcoin, to be used for settling a previously disclosed matter with the U.S. Department of Justice. The loan is collateralized by Bitcoin, carries an interest rate of 10%, and matures on March 26, 2026.
