AeroVironment, Inc. Announces CFO Retirement
AeroVironment, Inc. announced on February 18, 2026, that Kevin McDonnell, the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, has decided to retire from his position effective July 31, 2026. McDonnell will remain in his role until a new CFO is appointed or until the retirement date, whichever comes first. He will continue to receive his base salary and benefits and will be entitled to his full annual Short Term Incentive Plan bonus for fiscal year 2026. The company will also provide him with the after-tax cost of five months of COBRA premiums upon retirement. McDonnell will execute a general release of claims and reaffirm his confidentiality and other obligations. His equity awards will remain outstanding and vest under existing terms.
