Broadcom Inc. Announces CFO Transition
On March 30, 2026, Broadcom Inc. announced the transition of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role. Kirsten M. Spears will retire and Amie Thuener will succeed her, effective June 12, 2026. Ms. Spears will provide consulting services until March 15, 2027, under a transition and consulting agreement.
