AutoZone Announces Leadership Transition
AutoZone, Inc. has completed its leadership transition plan, with William C. Rhodes, III stepping down as President and Chief Executive Officer to become Executive Chairman and Philip B. Daniele, III assuming the role of President and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 2, 2024. This transition marks only the fifth CEO change in the company's history.
