Barnes Group Inc. Extends Retirement of VP, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer
Barnes Group Inc. announced on January 17, 2024, that Marian Acker, its Vice President, Controller, and Principal Accounting Officer, will delay her retirement from April 30, 2024, to April 30, 2025. Consequently, her post-retirement consulting period is extended from May 1, 2024, to October 31, 2025. The amendment to the Transition Agreement, originally filed on November 8, 2023, maintains other terms, including Acker's participation in the Management Incentive Compensation Plan for 2024 and 2025, and her consulting fee, which will be equal to her annual base salary at retirement plus $10,000.
