Boeing Announces Transition of Chief Financial Officer Role
Summary
On June 30, 2025, Boeing announced the transition of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role. Brian West, the current CFO, will become a senior advisor to the Boeing President and CEO effective August 15, 2025. Jesus 'Jay' Malave, former CFO of Lockheed Martin, has been elected as the incoming CFO, also effective August 15, 2025. Mr. Malave will lead Boeing's financial strategy and report directly to the CEO. A press release detailing the transition was furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
