BridgeBio Pharma, Inc. announced the results of its Annual Meeting of Stockholders held on June 21, 2024. The five director nominees were elected, and the stockholders approved the compensation of named executive officers on a non-binding, advisory basis. Stock Option and Incentive Plan to increase the number of shares reserved for issuance. The amendment and restatement of the 2021 Plan, in the form approved by the stockholders, is filed hereto as Exhibit 10.1.
