BridgeBio Announces Positive Phase 3 Results for Encaleret in ADH1
Summary
BridgeBio Pharma, Inc. announced positive topline results from its Phase 3 CALIBRATE study for Encaleret, an investigational treatment for Autosomal Dominant Hypocalcemia Type 1 (ADH1). The study met all primary and key secondary efficacy endpoints, with 76% of participants achieving target serum and urine calcium levels on Encaleret compared to 4% on conventional therapy. Encaleret also demonstrated improvements in parathyroid hormone levels and was well-tolerated. BridgeBio plans to submit a New Drug Application (NDA) in the first half of 2026.
