BridgeBio Pharma Enters New Equity Distribution Agreement
On May 7, 2026, BridgeBio Pharma, Inc. entered into a new Equity Distribution Agreement with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Leerink Partners LLC, allowing the company to issue and sell up to $500,000,000 of its common stock through the Sales Agents. This new agreement replaces the prior Equity Distribution Agreement, dated May 4, 2023, which was terminated on the same day. The Company is not obligated to make any sales of Common Stock, and the Sales Agents are not required to sell any specific number or dollar amount of shares of the Common Stock under the new Agreement.
