Best Buy Replaces $1.25 Billion Credit Facility
On April 18, 2025, Best Buy Co., Inc. replaced its previous $1.25 billion senior unsecured revolving credit facility with a new five-year senior unsecured revolving credit facility in the same amount. The new Five-Year Facility Agreement, effective April 18, 2025, terminates in April 2030 and includes customary covenants and default provisions. The previous facility, which was set to expire in April 2028, was terminated on the same date as the new facility was entered into.
