BD Appoints Pamela Spikner as New Chief Accounting Officer and Controller

Spikner as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Controller, effective January 20, 2025. Spikner, who previously served as Chief Accounting Officer at R1 RCM, will be responsible for all accounting policy and financial reporting. She will report to Chris DelOrefice, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. DelOrefice will continue as interim principal accounting officer until the Form 10-Q filing for Q4 2024. The appointment was also disclosed in a press release issued by BD.
