BD Announces Temporary Trading Suspension in 401(k) Plan Due to Waters Transaction
Summary
Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) announced a temporary suspension of trading under its 401(k) Plan, effective after the market closes on the closing date of its transaction with Waters Corporation. The BD Common Stock Fund in the Plan will enter a blackout period to facilitate the addition of Waters Common Stock Fund interests to accounts in the Plan. During the blackout period, participants will be unable to engage in any transactions in the BD Common Stock Fund.
