Bunge Global Extends Exchange Offers and Consent Solicitations
Summary
On March 6, 2025, Bunge Global SA announced that its subsidiary, Bunge Limited Finance Corp., extended the expiration date of its previously announced Exchange Offers and Consent Solicitations related to existing notes. The offers to exchange any and all outstanding notes for new notes and cash, and the solicitations of consents to amend the base indentures, have been extended from March 7, 2025, to April 7, 2025. The exchange offers and consent solicitations are being conducted in connection with Bunge's pending acquisition of Viterra.
