Bunge Global SA Secures $2 Billion Term Loan for Viterra Acquisition

On June 30, 2025, Bunge Global SA's subsidiary, Bunge Limited Finance Corp., entered into a Term Loan Agreement for $2 billion to fund its acquisition of Viterra Limited. The term loans, maturing on June 1, 2028, will also cover Viterra's existing debt facilities and acquisition-related expenses. Bunge has guaranteed the obligations under the agreement.
