Booking Holdings CFO Transition and Amendment of Departure Agreement
Booking Holdings Inc. announced the transition of its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position from David I. Goulden to Ewout L. Steenbergen, effective March 15, 2024. Goulden's existing letter agreement was amended to extend his employment period to May 31, 2024, and to allow him to serve in a different role from June 1, 2024, until no later than March 4, 2026. The amendment does not alter the compensation arrangements.
