Elsenhans will not stand for re-election at the 2025 Annual Meeting. Elsenhans, who has served on the Board since 2019, will continue in her roles until the meeting. The Board also elected Ilham Kadri as a new director, effective May 1, 2025, expanding the Board size to eleven members. Kadri, the current CEO of Syensqo S.A., will serve on the Audit and Human Capital and Compensation Committees.
