Bitmine Immersion Tech Increases ATM Offering to $4.5 Billion

Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. has increased the authorized amount for its at-the-market (ATM) offering of common stock from $2 billion to $4.5 billion. This amendment to the existing Sales Agreement allows the company to offer and sell additional shares through the ATM program, facilitating potential future equity financing. The legal opinion regarding the issuance and sale of the shares is attached as Exhibit 5.1.
