Bitmine Appoints Young Kim as Director

Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. has appointed Young Kim as a new director on its Board, effective immediately. Mr. Kim, currently the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, has extensive experience in investment management, including serving as a Partner and Senior Portfolio Manager at Axiom Investors from 2021 to 2025 and a Senior Portfolio Manager at Columbia Threadneedle Investments. Bitmine also announced in a press release on January 26, 2026, that its crypto holdings, including ETH tokens, and total cash holdings amount to $12.8 billion. The company is well-supported by institutional investors and has a growing presence in the crypto market.
